As Parent Volunteer:-Class Coordinator for various classes from Kinder to 8th grade, organizing parent volunteers, scheduling volunteer schedule in accordance to each class' individual needs and assign class jobs. -Liaison between teachers and class parents regarding all events.-In charge of class funds to make sure no over spending.-Backstage Coordinator for the Variety Show for over 8 yearsAs Accountant for the Parent Faculty Group (same as PTA):-monthly closing the the books using QB-year end closing of the books and closing of net income-reconcilie all bank accounts and permanent fund balances-annual filing of the tax return.

-Monthly Billing for all diving families -Collection for non payments-Responsible for all payments for invoices, rent, payroll, and credit card postings.-Responsible for responding to email inquires from members-Work closely with team admin to ensure that all money related functions are taken care of-Reconcile of monthly revenue from credit card postings to bank deposits-Reconciliation of monthly bank statements and credit card statements. -Work with city of Santa Clara for various city requirements for the club.

-Field auditor for Mental Health funding from state of CA to various counties and sub contractors-prepare and compile audit workpapers-prepare and issue audit reports-conduct entrance and exit conference to go over requests and findings of the audit-testify in audit appeals, drafting appeal responses
