I am a Civil Technician by education and have more than 12 years  prior experience in the construction industry. I became a construction manager from being a civil technician by constantly developing my technical skills and acquiring more knowledge with every challenge that I came across in my work environment. My ability to digest, analyze and comprehend large amounts of data with precision has assisted me to identify future resource allocation shortfalls, substandard quality and schedule complications and develop mitigation plans. My understanding of contractual documentation, health and safety regulations, drawings, technical specifications and project schedules coupled with my ability to coordinate multiple contractors and activities has ensured project completion within the scheduled budget and time frame .I envision my career path leading to success in the field of engineering gradually becoming an expert in my field of interest while constantly broadening my knowledge.
