As Market Manager for the KXLY Radio Group and Phase 3 Digital my responsibilities include providing oversight in the coordination of all station operations and activities while providing the team with positive motivation, communication and direction. Commitment to the creation of revenue strategies, programming content and the marketing of that content, with a focus on the station brand, listeners and advertisers. Develop strategic plans for the station's future growth in technology and multi-platform content delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Responsible for all aspects of financial statements and ensuring station compliance with policies regarding those statements. Enforce all FCC, EEO, and any other appropriate rules and regulations. Understand and adhere to company policies, and at all times adhere to the highest ethical standards. Timely and relevant communication with our Corporate Office and VP of Radio on station activities and budget.

My husband and I own Metro Eclectic in Spokane, WA. Although I do not work in the day to day operations, I am proud of our locally owned business. My position at Comcast Spotlight consisted of supporting our very strong local advertising sales team. Our goal as a team was to provide ultimate customer service and results for local businesses in our coverage area.

What a great job! I had the pleasure of supporting numerous teams of sellers who represented 7 different formats and styles. I helped coordinate client promotions with an eye towards client expectations/success, exceeding revenue budgets and the sound of our radio stations. My job consisted of helping the sales team excel, clients achieving successful marketing campaigns, on air ratings success and our company achieving financial success. I loved this job and the people I worked with!
