- Social media management: Managing Ebiko’s social media platforms while engaging withconsumers- Design and product development: Graphic art & artwork clean-up for Ebiko’s websites,social media, and/or products- Customer service management: replying to customer service emails regarding Ebiko ordersin a timely manner- Event participation: Attendance in Ebiko events such as photoshoots, PR packaging days,conventions, etc

- Create branding and design across all venues- Select colors, images, typography and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and social media posts- Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate our brand's vision while keeping up with today's trends- Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing, sales, and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project

- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet client goals- Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations- express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines - Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout

- Handle cash and credit transactions with customers- Record drink orders for drinkmakers- Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets- Redeem stamps and coupons- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Provide customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction- Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized product floor, and ensure a welcoming, customer-friendly environment- Maintain updated knowledge on current products, pricing, and promotions- Manage financial transactions and purchases using cash registers and appropriate software systems- Greet customers and provide them with purchasing options based on their needs and wants, demonstrating knowledge regarding the merchandise and company- Follow through on an exceptional customer experience by presenting customers with product promotions and sale opportunities as identified through conversation

-Manage workload and deadlines to deliver creative solutions in a timely manner.-Develop and design graphic solutions utilizing seasonal assets to be utilized in-store.-Work with internal team to creatively problem solve for any campaign executions needed.-Responsible for all research into current graphic trends and communicating these trends to the design and marketing teams.

- Provide to all pledges the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Alpha PhiOmega and grasp the spirit of this fraternity before joining.- Oversee pledge meetings and the election of pledge class officers.- Oversee the execution of pledge and active activities concerning the pledging andactivation rituals and all surrounding activities.-Present to the chapter any major prospective changes in the pledge trainingmethod for approval before implementation.

- Provide for communication with other chapters.- Plan and coordinate activities that relate to Interchapter.- Maintain and promote healthy and constructive relationships between chapters- Be charged with the authority to reward or remove Interchapter credits as appropriatewithin the scope of these bylaws.

- Assist the chapter in planning the fundraisers.- Coordinate the fundraisers of the chapter.- Transfer all funds raised directly to the Treasurer.- Transfer all cash funds in hand directly to the Treasurer bythe following regular meeting.- Be charged with the authority to reward or removeFundraising credits as appropriate within the scope of thesebylaws.- Look for sponsors and donations from our campus orcommunity

-Assist in the creation of logos, key art, style guides, and digital/print media.-Maintain keen, up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms (i.e, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat), their respective digital media requirements, and best practices.-Assist in choosing effective social media marketing components and devise effective visual strategies to promote marketing campaigns.-Assist in cultivating innovative social media graphics for Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and more.-Assist with product photoshoots and editing -Assist in designing display, social, and animated assets.

-Assisted with print production such as stickers, decals, vinyls, banners, heat press, etc. -Designed promotional items for businesses such as Earl of Sandwich, Bon Appetea, Avant Autowerkz, etc.
