I entered the field of teaching in 2009 and have served as a general education teacher, instructional coach and am currently facilitating learning at the middle school for career exploration. Throughout my career, effective communication has been vitall in my professional success. Whether collaborating with students, families, administrators, district staff or community partners I have been successful in cultivating positive relationships. I strive to ensure clarity, transparency, and understanding as I continue to be innovative. Adaptability is another necessary component of my professional journey. In dynamic environments, I have demonstrated the agility to change strategies, embrace new ideas, and quickly respond to student needs, and stricta mandates. This flexibility has not only allowed me to thrive in fast-paced settings but also to contribute innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of students in our fast changing world. Creativity is at the heart of my approach to problem-solving. I am passionate about exploring unconventional perspectives and leveraging creativity to tackle challenges. I harness creativity to drive meaningful outcomes and differentiate myself to benefit the learning of my students and connections within our community.My strong problem-solving skills have been instrumental in identifying root causes, implementing and developing effective solutions, and delivering results. I approach challenges with a strategic mindset, and recognize that when developing a solution it is vital that I think through and get feedback from all stakeholders with the intent that it is sustainable change that will positively impact the greater good.
