Current• Manages a database and portfolio of prospective domestic and international students from initial inquiry, through application completion. • Acts as the primary liaison between prospective students and client institutions, providing comprehensive information on programs, application processes, and enrollment requirements.• Collaborates with management and clients to develop and implement effective enrollment strategies, resulting in increased student enrollment and retention rates.• Conduct outreach activities via phone, text, Zoom, and email to engage prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process.• Utilizes CRM systems to track student interactions and maintain compliance with enrollment procedures.• Follow-up with enrolled students to facilitate timely registration and ensure a smooth transition into their academic programs. • Processes transcripts as requested by perspective students and alumni utilizing Parchment. • Proactively identifies potential barriers within the student enrollment process and initiates steps to improve productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction. • Monitor and track recruitment and applications metrics within CRM and report findings to management. • Present reports and data regularly and as needed to management. • Assess individual strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized growth plans.• Create a safe environment: Ensure a respectful and confidential environment for students and clients.
