Teale is an inspired leader driven to uplift others. She launched Under the Moon with Teale LLC in February 2023 with the mission of providing wellness tools globally in efforts to help others alleviate chronic stress and live a balanced lifestyle.In previous roles she has always found her stride in management and is excited to utilize these skills in launching her own business. Her passions include spiritual wellness, yoga nidra, surfing, and wine.She has a comprehensive background in wine and management and excelled in her previous role as the West Coast Regional Sales Manager for Cape Classics from 2019-2022. Consistently performing as one of the top sales regions in the country.In 2018, she focused on gaining a ground-up understanding of winemaking and worked in the Cellar for harvests in both the Northern Hemisphere at Argyle Winery in the Willamette Valley in Oregon and in the Southern Hemisphere at Wither Hills in Marlborough, New Zealand. For the 2017 vintage, she worked as a Harvest Cellar Hand at Hartford Family Winery in the Russian River Valley in California. In addition to her harvest cellar work, Ms. Eschliman has an abundance of experience working in the wine industry - from working in the tasting room at Arista Winery, hosting live wine pairing segments for FOX-TV in Denver, CO, planning and executing large-scale wine events such as the Telluride Wine Festival, to providing stellar hands-on cellar winemaking support for harvest. Ms. Eschliman grew up with an incredible passion for wine and aspires to make positive change in the wine industry. Ms. Eschliman also has several years of experience providing management consulting services for the federal government, including project management, leading teams, strategic planning, stakeholder outreach, and event planning and execution.
