Additionally, I have acquired various certificates in claim management, contract administration, dispute resolution, procurement management, modern construction technology, and project management from reputable institutions.Throughout my career, I have held various positions in both private and government companies, including roles at ERA, Campbell Project Management Services Ethiopia, Sunshine Construction PLC, MGM, Gudina Consulting Engineers, and currently as the co-founder and General Manager of Quatign Engineering PLC. I specialize in real estate business and mass housing projects, particularly in PPP project modalities that integrate private landowners, house seekers, and financiers.I believe in the power of teamwork, continuous self-education, and discipline as key factors for success.
