I am committed with an enthusiastic personality, serving my people and my country during my past 10 years of leadership and different managerial positions. (before 2018). I have BED in Teaching English language and literature from Mizan Tepi University (first batch), in 2008, and MBA specialization in project management, and PSIR (candidate), I have different actual experience in leadership and Good Governance (certificates) including from the former Meles Zenawi Leadership acedamy as a trainees and trainer, I attended various trainings on leadership, change tools, research methods and other related areas. Following completion of my education I have worked as acedamic advisor for different universities, Lideta Sub city administration Addis Ababa, and I have worked in entoto & surrounding tourist destination development project office (ESTDDP) later called Entoto Park for above 3 years. I am well experienced in lecturing, leadership and management, research, training, and capacitating colleague and coworkers in leadership. I am good at field assessment work, report writing, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountablity and Learning (MEAL). In total, I have about 14 years of work experience, of which about 12 years of it are in advisory and managerial positions. Currently, I am working as a senior CEO advisor for Lemi Kura Sub city, Addis Ababa, Ethiopian.
