- Manage the entire material and services supply chain for disaster relief operations across the country.- Oversee 9 programs: transportation, fleet, warehousing, procurement, supply, safety, facilities, in-kind donations, and fulfillment operations with 1,500+ volunteers.- Lead and bear authority and responsibility for a "pipeline" team across multiple stakeholders to include: Finance, Mass Care, Operations, Inventory Management, Category Management, Corporate Procurement, Trucking Vendors, and Fundraising.- Oversee the budgets and managent of over $250mil in annual disaster relief spend on materials, food, and services.

Managed and analyzed the Chevron U.S. Supply Chain Network and Materials Infrastructure. Led deep dives into enterprise wide ERP inventory systems identifying gaps in material data and inventory visibility; resulted in the identification of over $350 million in surplus material and optimization opportunities. Additionally initiated a data visibility transformation within the Supply Chain & Procurement organization in order to provide high level analytics and visibility to over $2.5 Bil of Inventory to senior leaders across the enterprise.

Planned, developed, and executed strategic supply chain plans and operations for four companies encompassing over 450 military supply chain and logistics personnel. Developed and revised 30 unit operations and process training programs, four standard operating procedures, and multiple mission sets during Combat and Hazardous Operations training in support of the Army’s premier fielding and acquisitions test, the “Network Integration Evaluation” Exercise. Ensured the strategic operations center to operate effectively 24/7 throughout standard and hazardous conditions.

Managed and supervised 45 personnel and seven contracts totaling a value in excess of $10 Million; resulted in the termination of $3 Million in excess contracts over a nine-month deployment. Ensured the timely provision of food and water as well as Dining Facility operations supporting over 1100 personnel of 10 joint and coalition tenants on a military compound. Identified and inventoried Excess Material Inventory and Property in preparation for base closure in support of the Military draw-down in Afghanistan, follow on Unit and base closure teams successfully executed base retrograde and closure.

Led a specialized combat distribution team of 45 logistics personnel with a focus of packing, moving, and delivering multi-commodity items including live munitions, equipment, parts, food, fuel, and water.Maintained and operated over 20 military vehicles, including 7 high value combat and communications testing M-ATVs. Coordinated and planned team training throughout combat exercises running over 20 combat training missions, 1 M-ATV gunnery range, and over 50 other ammunition and fuel missions.Of note: Manned and ran one of the only few Heavy Weapons ranges to not be shutdown upon a surprise visit from the Deputy Commanding General - Maneuver.

Tracked and managed over a combined 40 convoy/sustainment operations carrying over 200,000 gallons of fuel and 120,000 gallons of water throughout hazardous conditions (combat) training; ensured the successful training of 206 personnel on multi-commodity distribution and vehicle maintenance. Supervised, inventoried, and distributed property responsibility from property books with values from $20 million to over $40 million without loss of property or mission capability. Managed the maintenance operations of various vehicle fleets ranging in size from 36 to 84 vehicles at any given time. Solidified constant operational readiness with no major vehicle failures or irreparable damage.
