After leaving my previous job, I found a job at Infero Training as the Accounts Manager. The role of Accounts Manager at Infero is a very diverse role. Some of my responsibilities for this role are:* Taking phone calls from prospective clients and taking them through the booking process* Once a client has booked a course, keeping up Customer Relations before and after the delivery of the course.* Aiding in the prep for the trainer and making sure the trainer was in the correct place at the correct time.* Updating and amending the Infero Training website.* Social Media management.While at Infero, I have been able to expand on my knowledge base, and also help run the IT Training company with the Director. I have also attended an Excel and Project course within the company to expanded my current knowledge. This has allowed me to gain a further understanding of the clients needs and requirements. I have also been appointed as the "Green Change Champion" to help improve the environmental impact of the company.I also think outside the box and have helped establish a Social Media presence for Infero Training. Before this was established I went two Social Media courses and now I maintain Twitter and LinkedIn accounts, and the Blog to help gain and engage clients.

After leaving University, I started to work in an Amazon sorting warehouse. While working here I improved on my multitasking communication, and team working skills. Working here was very hard and fast paced with multiple pressures. Here I had to manage multiple delivery routes where I would sort and organise over 600-1800 parcels for delivery. While it was night shifts with an hour’s cycle there and back, I was eager to enter the world of work.Reason for leaving: It was a zero hour contract with no stability of work and no progression.

While at University I became a Student Ambassador which helped to develop my confidence and management skills. While being a Student Ambassador I had a multitude of different roles to help with, for example:* NTU Open days* School Visits to the University* Taster daysOn the Open Days I helped run a Mathematics Stall which introduced how Mathematics was taught at University to prospective students. I did this with a small team of other ambassadors but with my personality and confidence I was able to talk to prospective students and their families about Mathematics. I'm also not scared to go out of my comfort zone, and go above and beyond to help. I was asked on an Open Day to help do Guided Tours around the University, even though I had not done this before I took up the challenge, effectively and confidently. Reason for leaving: This position ended once I graduated.

During my time at Sixth Form I found part-time work at a café in a Leisure Centre. This allowed me to save for university while gaining real world work experience. This was done on a zero hour contract; this allowed me flexibility during exam periods and the chance to work extra during the holidays.Reason for leaving: I started university in Nottingham.
