Founded in 2015 in Dallas, Texas, e-On Batteries is a leader in lithium-based Battery Energy Storage solutions. We specialize in the design, assembly, and integration of Smart Battery Energy Storage Systems (SmartBESS) with an emphasis on long-term reliability and safety. Our innovative systems, deployed across the U.S. and internationally, feature a proprietary Battery Management System (BMS) and UL1973-listed, 9540A-tested LiFePO4 modules. These systems are scalable and network-ready, designed for a range of applications including behind-the-meter microgrids, electric vehicle charging, load shifting, and utility-scale energy storage. Our product offerings range from 9.8kWh residential Genesis units to scalable 8.5 MWh MegaBlock configurations for utility-scale projects.

The LED Networks engineering and design team is changing the way lighting, power and people interact. Integration of LED Lighting, Automated “SMART” Control Systems, Lithium Batteries and Advanced Wireless PCB technologies led to the conceptual design of LED emergency back-up power and lighting systems, and an entire line of fleet and safety products. LED Networks was acquired by e-On Power and Lighting in 2015.

Co-founded manufactures representative company focused on identifying sales and engineering design opportunities, for traditional cable television equipment manufactures, within the direct broadcast satellite television marketplace. Responsible for developing, building and maintaining corporate level engineering and procurement relations with Dish Network, DirecTV, ViaSat, Hughes Networks and their associated network of approved vendors and contractors. Sold for profit in 2012 in accordance with board exit strategy, of transitioning our clientele into the LED lighting conversion market.

Responsible for a five state region within the CATV marketplace. Worked closely with the engineering and procurement groups, at a state and regional level, servicing AT&T, Cable One, Comcast, Cox, Charter, Time Warner, and Qwest Communications. Facilitated regional sales of communications products, to the Thomas&Betts network of wholesale electrical suppliers including Anixter, ADI, Allied Electronics, Graybar, Grainger, Power&Telephone and TVC/WESCO. Played instrumental role in the approval of the Snap & Seal connector and Diamond Sach's grounding and bonding line with Dish Network and DirecTV resulting in the creation of a $20mm revenue stream and business unit, which I managed.

Held National Account responsibility for Dish Network, TCI Primestar, Media One and TCI accounts. Worked directly with outside sales managers, product managers, and key decision makers to ensure accurate delivery of bundled CATV and direct broadcast satellite products, and coordinate timely execution of overbuild and new construction projects.
