My work centers around what I care about most, and that’s people. It’s our stories and those lived experiences that truly show others who we are and what is most important to us. I have sought career paths that encourages creative problem solving solutions, efficient communication skills, and lead by example in celebration of collaboration over competition.My passion for teaching Dance, Performance and Choreography, Fitness classes and working with Nonprofit Organizations have woven together seamlessly over the years to create a fulfilling multi faceted career. Focusing on creative solutions, use of social media marketing, and trustworthy interpersonal relationships- I’ve been able to support a wide range of communities and their special needs.Over the last 18 years, I have choreographed award winning dance routines at the State and National level for studios and dance teams in Idaho, Washington, and Utah. Group Fitness certified in Barre, Pilates, Pilates Reformer, and Aerial Silks; I have been teaching an assortment of group fitness formats since 2014. While focusing on strengthening the physical body, I strive to promote meaningful mental health practices in my classes and embrace body positive and healthy lifestyle changes for all my clients.
