She studied Public Relations and Journalism at Murdoch University and spent a decade working in Public Relations in London and Perth, with broad experience across community and government lobbying and engagement programs for large-scale London land developments and then moving into corporate finance as Public Relations Communications Advisor for the Chief Financial Officer BankWest in Perth city. Then qualifying in design in 2012 and founding Minted Elevated Living - a design company achieving ultimate lifestyle outcomes for regional people across Australia, with quality build, renovation, landscape and interior design services. Now blending this diverse professional network and background in communications, community engagement, government lobbying and corporate strategy; with construction and regional supply chain experience in both residential and commercial design. Tess is an advocate for improving regional lifestyles and champions the development of improved lifestyle outcomes as key to the economic success of regional remote areas and Australia's agricultural industry - responsible for much for the world's food production, both domestic and international.Minted Elevated Living values rural areas as beautiful and vibrant places to live and works on many community initiatives to raise the awareness of regional living challenges.
