Review/Approve/Release ecommerce purchase orders after validating correct pricing, address, carrier information, etc.Organize purchase orders and prepare shipping labels and other required paperwork (some manually created others downloaded from supplier portals)Work within warehouse management system and with our warehouse teams to set up daily ecommerce shipmentsCommunicate with freight carriers regarding freight pickup schedulesInvestigate and resolve issues with ecommerce orders for internal teams or customer requests including shipment tracking, customer claims, product information, missing or incomplete shipments.Working with multiple different internal departments (warehouse, parts, supply chain, customer service, domestic logistics)Constant monitoring and responding to emails (PO edits, cancels, and customer issues)Constant communication with external customers throughout the day via email and phone.Navigate and update multiple Customer web-based portals for a variety of required tasksAdd tracking information on shipments into our system (200 + POS)Working in multiple internal software systems (Great Plains, High Jump, Company Portal, Outlook, Excel, FedEx Manager)Excellent verbal and written skills for both internal and external communicationOutstanding customer serviceKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook with familiarity with warehousing systemsExceptional attendance and punctualityDetail oriented with refined personal organizational skillsExcellent data entry skillsAbility to multi-task and arrange or rearrange daily tasks to meet shifting priorities
