Build rapport with students and their parents, maintain student base, work directly with Head Instructor off the mat, manage retail and event sales as well as tuition, utilize CRM software and Microsoft Office to accurately record student information

Responsible for customer communications, sales, customer and product support, load retail customers orders in their vehicle with company equipment or by hand as needed, and assists in transportation scheduling of customer deliveries. Interact internally with various departments regarding customer returns, sales, scheduling and logistics of customer deliveries, and reporting sales and customer service items to superiors.

Manage a store team of 4 people, create and provide training for both employees and store managers within company, create and utilize a CRM tracker, greet and take care of customers in an individual and amicable manner, create and plan events to boost business

Work with a team to create realistic projects and deadlines, use AutoCAD to make 3D renditions of solutions, use manual tools such as a drill press for manufacturing, use electronic tools such as a CNC mill for manufacturing

Manage a team of up to 20 people, schedule lunch and regular breaks for all employees, handle customers in a timely and friendly fashion in a high volume store, plan and implement marketing events to highlight new menu items, memorize drink recipes exactly as written

Create innovative solutions to obstacles impacting efficiency in the manufacturing chain, help catalog marketing ideas, maintain inventory of temperature-sensitive electronics
