I have recently graduated with a first class honours degree in BSc Games Production with Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies & Nottingham Trent University. Following on from my graduation, I have accepted a role I am extremely excited and passionate about as a Game Tester with Rockstar Games in Lincoln. At my previous role at The Talbot, I demonstrated a great passion for being involved in the organisation and hosting of our events. One of my favourites was our Pride event which was a very successful day and is now planned to be an annual event. This event was particularly special to me as I am passionate about equal rights and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community. During my previous role I gained a lot of valuable experience. I am efficient with training staff in delivering outstanding customer service, following legislation and operating with the company values and policies at the forefront. I am comfortable leading and motivating a team during both busy and quiet times. I have learned to utilise business advertising with social media posts to a target audience and have been able to grow the following for The Talbot page successfully. I also have a lot of experience in stock management and cellar maintenance. During my role I was extremely committed to maintaining an excellent reputation for the business.
