My role with the Chicago Tool Library has allowed me to connect with people around the world hoping to launch their own lending programs. In 2019, after a year of research, planning, and fundraising, I opened the doors of Chicago's first community tool lending library along with my co-founder.Since opening I have guided our nonprofit through strategic planning, volunteer recruitment, daily operations, fundraising, budgeting, board development, and everything that goes along with running a beloved community nonprofit.
