I help education and healthcare clients focus on their future through technology as a Client Success Professional. My current role is a culmination of skills gained through wearing many hats while working with local and national nonprofits. From that experience I knew, that in order to combat a lack of resources, there had to be a focus on data intelligence and analytics.I was forged into a strong advocate for a data-driven mindset through my Masters program where I specialized in nonprofit management. While many people in all industries wear lots of hats in their roles, technology and a data-driven mindset creates successful organizations, while providing relief and direction to staff.I now get to witness education and healthcare clients think smarter and bigger, creating successful fundraising pipelines and achieving multi-million dollar gifts to further their mission.
