About Tessa Codina
I am a graduate of the ASU downtown campus I have my degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. My degree is a self-made major with an emphasis on kinesiology and exercise science. I have an immense passion for helping others to get to their health goals and I believe exercise and nutrition are an essential part of that. Currently, I am taking nutrition courses at ASU in order to not only train, but to be able to help my clients with complete health transformations I am certified personal trainer through AFAA and work for Mountainside Fitness, Mesa. I enjoy what I do and try to bring a lighthearted, fun, and efficient workouts for my clients. I feel the best thing you can do as far as a workout is something you enjoy. IT could be running, weightlifting, Zumba, or soccer but what gets you to get up and start moving!
