As a generalist communications officer in the industry communications department responsibilities encompass publication editing and production management, online content creation and publishing, event and presentation support, project management and project officer support. Key duties include:- Creating web content for, and updating, the corporate website.- Producing member communications such as emails and a variety of articles for MLA member magazines, annual report writing, fact sheets, brochures and flyers.- Editing and proofing of publications and managing their design, print, promotion and distribution. - Managing budgets and contracts in SAP.

Managed all aspects of the communication requirements of an industry sector specific research department including ensuring research reports were availabe, event management and website updates.

Provided administrative support for a team of 25 staff, including managing extensive travel requirements, coordinated companywide internal reports and provided project officer support. Initially Administration Assistant and promoted to Project Administration Officer in February 2009.
