As a graduation student of International Real Estate and Facility Management, I was the manager of the department Innovation & Projects (Facility Services, Tilburg University) during my placement. I have supervised two groups of five students, who were working on a… Show more As a graduation student of International Real Estate and Facility Management, I was the manager of the department Innovation & Projects (Facility Services, Tilburg University) during my placement. I&P is the innovative department of Facility Services, which exists out of only third and fourth year HBO students, who are working on vision projects to contribute to the development and professionalization of the organization. I have supervised two groups of five students, who were working on a large variety of vision projects; from sustainability to communication. As the manager, I had to steer the process into the right direction and give constructive feedback and advice. I was responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process as well.During my graduation phase, I have also worked on my own project and thesis 'Account Management'.
