A versatile and adaptable project and operations manager, I thrive in challenging environments that require quick learning and creative problem-solving skills. With over 15 years of experience in operations, research, consulting, marketing and communications, I relocated to London, UK in August 2023. I am an “expert generalist,” excelling in roles that blend operations, finance, communications, marketing, and policy analysis. I like dissecting problems, learning from others about what has and hasn’t worked, and building solutions that work for everyone. From June 2023, I transitioned to Director of Communications, where I significantly enhanced publication throughput and media engagement.I am especially proud of the operations team I built and nurtured at CSET. Together, we onboarded over 180 staff, managed multiple office transitions, and developed retention and performance management strategies that supported sustained organizational growth.As a doer committed to excellence, I bring intellectual curiosity and a proven track record of success across diverse sectors.
