Responsible for all logistical arrangements needed for the IHC SAS Commissioning & Service Engineers to do their job, as well as organizing the actual planning. I maintained contact with our clients prior to the engineers traveling to their destination. I made sure all necessary paperwork was done and had been provided. When the engineers were abroad, we kept in touch by job reports and other communication lines. It was my responsibility to review the hours the engineers keep as well as their time off. After returning from a job, I coordinated the administrative process of expense claims and invoices for the client.

Alphen Aan Den Rijn

Responsible for facilities such as building maintenance and looking after the (small) fleet of cars. Also responsible for company-wide administrative or organisational tasks as well as assisting HR (e.g. planning and arranging courses for personnel) and marketing professionals (e.g. arranging the SAS booth at exhibitions). In 2014 SAS started to tighten the contacts with relevant universities and other institutes of higher education. We attended trainee-markets and organised interesting assignments for students. I worked with our ESH officer to assist him in maintaining a high lever of safety awareness in our production facility as well as in our offices.As of July 2012 SAS moved into the new office in Alphen a/d Rijn. The whole process of coordinating the building's renovation and following that the move from 2 offices to one new location was a huge part of my day to day business at SAS. The company has now settled in and I'm proud to say the whole process went quite well. We finished the project within budget and on time!

Together with 4 or 5 other colleagues, we organized an outing once a year. In addition, we organized Sinterklaas-festivities for children of SAS colleagues. My responsibility was, officially, the treasury. However, I was also the one who initiated 80% of the Association's activities.

Goudsch Gemack consists of two very comfortable holiday lets, located on the green outskirts of Gouda's centre. Both appartments have their own small garden with sun from the early afternoon until evening. We have 2 private parking spaces and I have bicycles ready for use by my guests.

I took care of the invoicing, bookkeeping, promotion etc for my business partner. This allowed him to focus on his core business; stained glass, leaded glass and glass fusing.

De Stichting Gouda Geeft werd opgericht om de stad Gouda in een positief daglicht te plaatsen door middel van het organiseren van een bijzonder muziekevenement voor jong en oud, met als doel geld ophalen voor de 3FM Serious Request actie.In de week voor Kerst speelden in 2010 en 2011 allerlei uiteenlopende muzikale talenten op de Goudse Markt. Iedereen had één ding gemeen; ze zetten zich in voor het goede doel!De bedoeling was zo veel mogelijk geld op te halen voor de Serious Request actie, in 2010 was dat HIV Kinderen, in 2011 kwamen we in actie voor moeders die slachtoffers zijn geworden van oorlogen en conflicten. Het verzamelde geld boden we, namens onze stad, aan de DJ's in het Glazen Huis aan.GoudaGeeft! heeft willen aantonen dat Gouda een waanzinnig leuke stad is, waar mooie dingen gebeuren. In 2012 hebben we moeten besluiten geen evenement te organiseren. Maar in maart 2013 hebben we ons herpakt en een prachtig mini-festival georganiseerd om geld op te halen voor War Child.Voor het eerst kwamen we in actie voor een ander doel en we bleken ook voor deze actie weer Goudse burgers, lokale overheden en lokale ondernemers samen te kunnen brengen. Het resultaat stond als een huis en de opbrengst was voor ons allemaal een prachtig slot van een fraai evenement.In 2014 hebben we besloten de Stichting op te heffen. Alle bestuursleden hebben er een mooie (leer)ervaring bij!_______________________________________________Summary: The organisation was established to promote Gouda and chooses to do so by fundraising for the Red Cross and other organisations. Every year, national radio station, 3FM, organises a week long campaign with a different focus group per year. In 2010 the focus was on HIV orphans. In 2011 it was mothers who have been victimised by war and conflicts. In 2013 we organised a mini-festival to raise money for War Child.I am one of the group who initiated the Gouda Geeft organisation and I was the chair-woman.
