I had many questions due to some of my businesses and potential startup ideas. She’s really good at explaining the “why,” and providing data or metrics to support her recommendations. She'll provide examples to help you understand and find solutions to meet your budget. Example: she explained FLSA exemptions (what roles are exempt and non-exempt). I think the DOL needs to revamp the classifications, but I digress…. It’s great working with Tessa and I’ve also referred her to some of my business owner friends for their HR inquiries/needs."
