I have over 12 years of experience with the Nevada Medicaid personal care services program where my duties involve assessing recipients to determine their eligibility for in home care services. In this role, I was able to quickly pivot from in person to telephonic visits when required due to the pandemic. I am goal oriented and maintain a home work space, performing my duties with minimal supervision. My documentation is complete and submitted in a timely matter. I have extensive experience billing using ICD 10 coding. I perform regular self review of all assessments and have one of the lowest error rates recorded with the company. I am consistently recognized by patients and caregivers for my high level of service. I successfully communicate with a diverse client base as well as social workers, personal care agency staff, caregivers, translators, family members and hospice staff. As a stylist for cabi, I presented a line of women’s designer clothing to a variety of clients/customers. I customized and implemented a new presentation for a brand new clothing line every 6 months. I mentored a new stylist while building her own business. I belonged to several networking groups and collaborated with multiple business owners.
