About Tessa Ayuningtyas Sugito

I describe myself as a geeky food enthusiast. So if someone asks me what I love, I will shout passionately: FOOD!! (and NO, I don't have any kind of food addiction). With my parents, we run our restaurant, serving traditional and authentic Central Javanese cuisines in Jakarta. It is our commitment to preserve and maintain the authenticity of Central Javanese taste through fresh ingredients and our passion in cooking. Graduated as a food scientist, it is my passion and responsibility to educate and give correct information to my customers about the food they eat.
