I am currently a Proposal Coordinator for municipalities and transit clients across the Midwest Region within the Business Development & Marketing team at TranSystems. I help initiate go / no-go discussions, review RFQ/RFP requisites, develop and maintain proposal outlines and schedules for our proposal response process. I'm involved in the production of BD/Marketing support materials in addition to proposals, such as qualification packages, presentations, leave behind materials, and writes non-technical section of content. I contribute to strategy sessions for major company pursuits, help with Client Service Team meetings, and provide ideas for corporate communication structure. I have technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Deltek Vision. I have worked with different project teams across multiple office locations across the United States. I am able to put to use my photography skills to capture employees at work, company events, and project sites for proposals, images for social media, and photographs to update marketing materials.

Original photography found on the first three tabs of the website and original copy across the whole website. Managed website traffic and updates of machines and sold parts, as well as designing brochures for products.

I started my own small cupcake business, by word of mouth advertising. I specialize in making gourmet cupcakes with fillings inside. I bake on breaks from school, so Christmas time and summer break are the best times to contact and place orders. I have done a fall wedding baking upwards of 250+ cupcakes, a bridal shower, and corporate Christmas parties and events (125+ cupcakes) for Ray Lindsey Company.
