Major responsibilities included:- Stakeholder engagement and community liaison for project awareness, construction work impacts, resolution of community issues and strengthening mutually beneficial relationships- Management of external stakeholder relationships include body corporate, general managers, executives, directors and business owners - Writing and implementation of construction notices, advertisements, internal fortnightly newsletter, external monthly project newsletter and weekly construction update to internal and external stakeholders- Internal liaison with construction, safety, environmental, quality and design to promote project works and resolve stakeholders issues- Liaison with State Government for notification and communication approval- Meeting strict time frames and deadlines to adhere to contractual requirements - Issue property reinstatement agreements prior to commencement of property works and agreement close out to achieve project practical completion- Respond, investigation and resolve freecall 1800 community hotline issues and website enquiries - Presentation of safety awareness to local Gold Coast schools, retirement homes and community groups- Managing Consultation management database including daily entries and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis- Environmental compliance management monthly issues and complaints reporting
