Responsible for the development, introduction and maintenance of T-Mobile’s product suite both commercially as functionally. Heading the Products & Services department, streamlining the team performance and integrating with the Orange team as a consequence of the T-Mobile and Orange merger. Member of the Marketing MT.

Leading a team of product managers, focus on improving the customer experience for our customers by introducing simple and intuitive products. Ranging from mobile internet, hotspots, mobile TV to invoice, (visual) voicemail, tariff-plans and self service functionality.

Executing T-Mobile Netherlands roadmap (focus on marketing projects) in order to achieve the most out of our investment budget. To succeed selecting the best projects, cross-functional alignment and resource allocation are critical.During this period I have worked for 3 months for T-Mobile International acting as Programme Manager for the T-Mobile Group in Bonn (Germany).

Developing and introducing new products or services for our customers. Both functionally designing the services as well as managing the project from idea to realization. Examples: prepaid roaming, machine-machine offers and study into location based services.

Support (potential) customers in their use and purchase of telecom network elements, such as SMSC, MMSC, WAP gateway. By explaining new functionality, answering questions (e.g. via RFP’s) and advising customers based upon their functional and commercial performance.
