About Tess Griffith

I'm currently a Junior at Texas Christian University, pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting along with a FinTech Certificate, in addition to my membership of the John V. Roach Honors College. Additionally, I serve as an Honors College Ambassador and am a member of the Alpha Delta chapter of Order of Omega, a greek honors society. This summer, I was a Finance and Accounting Intern for Countless Supply, an industrial distribution company located in Houston, TX. In this role, I work closely with the CEO and CFO and aid in bank reconciliation, payment processing, journal entries, and marketing efforts. Additionally, I have gained valuable insights to the different processes and nuances of the Oil and Gas Industry. In addition to my studies, I serve as the Academic Excellence Chairwoman for my sorority, where I am leading initiatives to promote academic success and growth among my peers. This role has helped me hone my leadership, organizational, consulting, and mentoring skills, allowing me to continue to strengthen balancing various responsibilities. Off campus, I work as a Yoga Sculpt and Strength X Instructor at CorePower Yoga, which has helped me strengthen my time management and public speaking skills.I'm eager to connect with professionals, peers, and organizations in the fields of accounting and finance.
