The project involves the development of many backend modules, and the integration of a configuration UI to manage it. Split and Shakes are imperfections detected by the advanced camera / laser scanners. This feature allows customers to process old wood that would be otherwise be eliminated and result in extreme losses.* As a technological advisor, I took part in a committee to reshape Autolog's web page. * Responsible to integrate unit tests for the Wood Cutter Optimizer which helps minimize the introduction of bugs into the system.

Most notable achievements : * Tech. Lead and Senior Developer for the MFTD project (Maintenance Flight Training Device). Responsible for the design and architecture of CAE’s next generation MFTD allowing pilots and maintenance crews to train stations at much lower cost compared to Full Flight Simulators. I supervised the work of 2 developers on the project and coordinated the efforts between various groups involved in the project.* As a “shared resource” at CAE, I helped various groups within CAE to get up to speed with their projects. With very little time to adapt I had to jump right in the team and understand their systems quickly and solve the problems at hand.* Joined the A320 / B737 Deployment Group as a Systems Integrator. My tasks included the preparation and setup of Avionic Systems for the A320 and B737 full flight simulators going through test procedures and solving issues before being shipped to clients. Required to travel abroad at clients sites to install the full flight simulators.* Helped in the development of APOG, an application used for the analysis of profits and losses of portfolios which resulted in delivering the application on time.* Analyze bug reports and new features requests and provide detailed solutions
