I managed 7-9 month long projects for original photography, content, and web design & development for the Home Category pages on Target.com and the Target mobile app. In my daily work I interfaced with Art Directors, ACDs, Product Producers, Designers & Developers, Copywriters and Editors, Production Designers, Creative Producers, and more. In addition to my PM responsibilities I took on a few additional initiatives to help my department run more efficiently and effectively. I connected with cross-functional partners to identify & document the complexities of the work upstream and downstream of my department throughout Target. This resulted in a 270+ item 'map' of the corporate workflow, new efficiencies, sharing of deliverables, and we were able to identify and eliminate some duplicate work. After identifying file (dis)organization as a major roadblock for my creative team, I rebuilt our department's internal site on Microsoft SharePoint for easy file finding, calendar sharing, project tracking, data visualization, and greater cross-functional transparency.
