This podcast is a passion project, and was inspired by conversations with participants of my 60-Day Reset. People share their struggles and support each other because our core needs are the same: To be known and loved, and build a happy fulfilling life." So, what gets in the way of going after what we want? It's the doubts, the uncertainty, and the fear of "What If I fail?" The "I'm not enough" story. This "self love" story comes up every single week, and we all unite in our understanding of this. After receiving thousands of emails from people saying how much they loved the Office Hours conversations, I thought "If these people are feeling nourished and inspired by these conversations and want more of them, then thousands of other people in the world might be, too!" So, a booming voice in my soul cried out to me: "It has to be me that does a podcast about this!" And I realized that with any big decision, I have to get to that place where I know in my gut: “It Has To Be Me!” So, that just HAD to be the name of the podcast. I want to celebrate what has to happen in the mess so you get to the magic! Because the process of working through our doubts, and getting past the fear of “What if I fail?” is how we get clear about what we want to do! When you get to that place where you know in your gut: "It has to be me!” That “This is what I want to do, and I’m the person to do it.” Then, there is no doubt, and you take action! We all want to get better at getting to that place where we take action and go after what we want. So, I'm talking with inspiring people about how they take action to achieve their goals. I'm using my skills as an actor, speaker, presenter, and wellness coach to dive inside their decision-making process of my guests, and get the tools they use to work through the mess, and tap into their resources to make the things they want happen. My goal with this podcast is that you can use some of their strategies to take action on your next “It has to be me!”
