During my time as Marketing Manager, independent womenswear label Obus achieved significant business growth despite tough retail conditions.Key achievements:– Elevation of Obus' visual look through consistent brand messaging (including tone of voice standards for online comms), EDM design, lookbook design, packaging design and in-store signage– Increased customer's experience of the brand online, both through a redesign of Obus' Shopify online store and through the development of engaging social media content– Development and implementation of unique marketing ideas, with a particular focus on promoting the social conscience and value system of Obus to our audience. We utilised our loyal customer base to fundraise for NFPs such as the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre; One Girl; Create Impact; We Care Nauru; Brotherhood of St Laurence and more.– Development and implementation of a strategy for greater transparency around Obus' manufacturing values and processes, through documented website content and campaign content for Fashion Revolution Week – Increased the profile and visibility of Obus' founder and creative director, Kylie Zerbst by coordinating media interviews, developing original content, and organising live events– Coordination of marketing around brand collaborations, including those with homewares retailer West Elm, ethical footwear brand Radical Yes, and artist Olana Janfa.– Relationship building with media outlets and influencers– Implementation of systems for internal communication of marketing objectives to retail and head office staff
