    In Palau I was working with The Nature Conservancy and their local partners on fisheries management and data entry for the Northern Reefs of Palau. I was also working with the Palau International Coral Reef Center on marine fieldwork, inclusive of coral reef resiliency assessments in both Palau and Pohnpei. In conjunction with PAWS and Koror State, I conducted my central project: performing a 2013 census of cat and dog populations in Koror State with the goal of informing the State on the status of the populations, the level of awareness concerning pest population control, and the general populace's interest in a free spay/neuter clinic. While in Pohnpei, FSM, I helped coordinate the logistics, as well as facilitate, two workshops that took place in Chuuk, FSM. The workshops were a board training for a partner organization (the Chuuk Women's Council) and a Conservation Action Planning workshop for a local community, attended by representatives of partner organizations across the Micronesia Region.
