As a Team Leader I would conduct daily briefings with the sales team, open and close the store, organise daily rotations, open and close registers, trouble shoot any technical issues, and oversee sales reports. I also managed stock levels on the shop floor and worked closely with the stock team and higher management to maintain store presentation and stock.

Assisted with Admin tasks in the Music Department including, organising events, designing and producing posters and programs for concerts, provide assistance for choral and band ensembles (12 ensembles), and act as receptionist part time and personal assistant to the Co-Director’s of Music.

Tasks included, monitoring equipment, organising and maintaining the hiring system and department resources, assisting students with their projects at all stages, general admin including budgeting and purchases, and event management for the FTV department.
