Having earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne in 2020, I embarked on a journey with Kieser that has taken me across multiple states, including Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, since February 2020.The experience of relocating and adapting to diverse clinic settings introduced me to the challenge of fostering collaboration across multiple teams to collectively pursue a common objective. I have extreme gratitude for all of my mentors, under whose guidance I have been able to refine my leadership style and improve my ability to effectively engage with different teams. I derive immense satisfaction from the challenge of implementing process improvements that enhance team efficiency and elevate the client experience.My unwavering dedication to improving the well-being of others propels me to grow the awareness of Kieser's services in Brisbane. I consider it a privilege to connect with dedicated medical partners who share our core values and to foster relationships within the wider Brisbane community. This involves collaborating with like-minded small businesses, community groups, and sports organisations to empower more individuals to take control of their well-being and enrich their quality of life through strength training.My passion for health is deeply rooted in my family's active lifestyle, inspiring me to motivate others to embrace a healthier, happier future. Among my proudest achievements (and some of my most treasured memories) is completing three marathons alongside my Dad in 2021.
