I love learning and have made my career in it, first as a senior manager in universities and for the last fifteen years in digital learning, as the co-owner of LAS, a multi-award winning digital learning innovation company and Learning Technologies Learning Organisation of the Year 2021. We specialise in helping organisations to achieve meaningful impact through human-centred learning design and consultancy. I am also an awards judge, writer and conference speaker. I have a keen interest in the psychology and behaviours behind how people learn and hold a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour from top-ranked Warwick Business School. I am a strong advocate for digital sustainability and for the role of learning and business in helping to create and maintain a greener planet and a fairer society and led LAS’ successful bid to become B Corp certified in 2021.
