I am supporting the consultants and project managers of the healthcare and international team. I am contributing in the entire process, from preparing the first appointment via a company analysis, preparing questionnaires, designs and mailings, to the final presentation. I make quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results, formulate advice and prepare the presentations.

As a director, I was responsible for the Utrecht branch and development of 25 consultants. Specifically, I was responsible for the acquisition of new projects and external relations. Also, I guided a project manager in a client-project. Lastly I organized the weekly trainings for our consultant, and developed trainings for social-impact entrepreneurs.

De Kleine Consultant gives valuable and affordable strategic advice to (non-)profit organizations to help them realize their ambitions. The goal is to create value both for our consultants by offering a steep personal and professional learning curve, and for our clients by providing high quality strategic advice where it creates the highest value.As a strategy consultant, I worked on 10-week projects for diverse clients. This entails the entire process: from a first client meeting to determine what they need, to determining which analysis are needed in order to formulate a final advice. Finally, all research is combined, a storyboard created and two presentations are given in order to advice the client in the best way possible. During the process, support is given by our partners, f.e. AT Kearney, BCG, Bain & Company, Strategy&, McKinsey & Company, Roland Berger en Accenture.

Effectory's mission is to improve the working world. I supported the HR and recruitment team at Effectory. I helped with diverse administrative and organizing tasks at HR. For example with making sure all contracts are up to date and the phone policy, but also organizing trainings, and managing the off-boarding process. I also received several trainings such as the inbox to zero training. At recruitment I helped in the planning of interviews, had the first contact with interviewees and also helped in with employer branding advertisement.

During this internship, I supported the management of Yoghurt Barn with several tasks. I helped with the performance management of the individual barns, by keeping track of financial performance and stimulating the barns managers in improving this. Also, I helped in developing strategies on how to motivate them further and develop a reward system. Lastly I helped with several administrative tasks regarding finance and HR.
