Responsible for all aspects of design and construction, permitting, programming, environmental sustainability, client relations, and financial management, with over $1 billion of projects underway and another $1 billion in design.First phase includes the Jerome L. Greene Science Center, a 450,000 square foot neuroscience research facility for the study of the mind, brain and behavior, the Lenfest Center for the Arts, featuring film screening, flexible theater, rehearsal and gallery space, a conference center, the 500,000 square foot Columbia Business School, a campus-wide central energy plant, retail shops and open space. Architects include Pritzker Prize-winning Renzo Piano, Diller Scofidio+Renfro, FX Fowle and Field Operations.Formerly, VP for Manhattanville Development.

Responsible for corporate real estate and C-suite level reporting including design, development and construction, commercial office and retail leasing transactions, and headquarters facility operations.• Led Time Warner team in developing award winning, $1 billion global corporate headquarters and broadcast center in mixed use Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle. Included corporate offices, critical systems infrastructure, three CNN "black box" digital news studios, one of the world’s largest newsrooms, state-of-the art screening theater, data center, retail store, conference center and studio tour.• Responsible for design and construction of corporate projects and management of corporate properties.
