CurrentResponsibilities:*Discuss with the HR manager employee issues that needs to be solved and help in decision making on case to case basis.*Coordinate with Procurement Department for any supplies and materials needed by the HR department.*Conduct outside correspondences with local banks or other companies for any matters with interest to our company.*Coordinate with the company’s projects for employee transfer after the hiring process and deal with any employee’s issues… Show more Responsibilities:*Discuss with the HR manager employee issues that needs to be solved and help in decision making on case to case basis.*Coordinate with Procurement Department for any supplies and materials needed by the HR department.*Conduct outside correspondences with local banks or other companies for any matters with interest to our company.*Coordinate with the company’s projects for employee transfer after the hiring process and deal with any employee’s issues administratively and with Saudi Labor System.*Coordinate with HR personnel in issuing introduction letter to employees for their personal transactions such as banks, salary certificates and other needed documents. Coordinate with the bank for account opening for our new employees.*Supervise iqama transactions for employees and solve with Jawazat office iqama issues.*Assist the HR manager in generating correspondences and other documents needed.Conduct local recruitment for Saudi nationals and initial interview with local applicants for a possibility of hiring.* Receive and process from Visa deparment outside the kingdom application documents for prospect employees.* Prepare employment contract to successful applicants and finalized all administration procedures related to their hiring such as GOSI registration, medical insurance, fingerprint for payroll and archive personal file for future reference.
