Project 500L - Manufacturing Project Manager. Responsible for the industrialization of the new 500L in Serbia plant.Managing a team of 10 experts, from different areas including: • Manufacturing Engineering, design, construction and installation of new production lines (stamping, body welding, painting and assembly), according to World Class Manufacturing standards and FGA best practices.• Logistic flows design, material call, sequencing.• Civil Works, building renovation, utilities installation and environment requalification in accordance with sustainability and biodiversity approaches.• ICT development of solution for production management and control.On startup phase:• Business case definition, CAPEX estimation, for the requalification of the existing production site.• Definition of the Joint Venture contract with the Serbian Authorities.

Manufacturing Project Specialist - Project Fiat Viaggio.FGA representative for the development of the new JV with Chinese partner GAC. Design of new industrial scenario and related joint investment plan, negotiation with the Chinese partner for management board approval. Due diligence of the dismissed plant in Nanjing and succesfull assets sales.

• Analysis of existent network configurations using specific software (Timplan, Dragon). Design of base stations and frequencies allocation according to actual traffic demand.• Performance evaluation and testing of upcoming TLC mobile standards (UMTS). Configuration of new base stations to improve network coverage.
