I am proud to have provided my clients with consultations on technical accounting guidance in complex areas, such as business combinations, goodwill and intangible assets, restructuring, and income taxes. With 20 years experience serving multinational manufacturing companies and clients, I've had the opportunity to work with a number of public and private companies, both domestically and internationally, in the Fortune 500 and Forbes Largest Private Companies List.
