I'm a technology enthusiast. Throughout my career I was lucky enough to use myriads of SW technologies. I enjoy exploring new ways of doing things, but most of all I like creating solutions that work. And this how I can help:- For me good team is the key factor. I enjoy building strong and functional team, where people care, listen, and learn from each other (and also have fun). For about 5 years I had lead a team of about 10 people, building one of the most popular accounting systems for middle-size companies in the country.- For accounting SW, under the always changing legislation, keeping the design flexible and sustainable has been a real challenge. I enjoy making strategic SW design decisions to keep software maintainable & competetive, prepared for the unknowns to come.- Being the tech lead for quite a long time I had the opportunity to select the technologies to use. I have explored strengths & weaknessess of quite a lot of them (for some, please see the list below...). List of Technologies----------------------------- Visual Studio, C#, WPF, XAML, WCF, SQL Server, Enterprise Library, Prism, Unity Container, MVVM, LINQ, XML, XSL, Xceed grid, TFS, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Windows Workflow, ReSharper, NetBeans, J2SE, Oracle PL/SQL, PL/SQL Developer, CVS, MFC, COM, ASP, SourceSafe, Objective Grid, Objective Toolkit, UML, Visual Basic, Auto Lisp, Rational Clear Case, Rational Rose, Windows Phone, Windows 10 Universal Apps
