I started working for MTI out of college as a marketing assistant. I became the Marketing Coordinator in 2001 and held that position until I left for Air Force pilot training in 2006. After learning to fly for the Idaho Air National Guard, I came back to MTI as the Director of Business Development. I spent two years in that position before leaving once again for additional flight training. I returned to MTI as Operations Manager in January 2012. In May of 2012, I was given the opportunity to manage MTI's Constructions Services, Non-Destructive Evaluation, Highway, and Laboratory departments, in Boise office. I have taken on those duties, while still remaining the Operations Manager. In November of 2013, I was extended the opportunity to join the ownership team. I am very humbled for the opportunity to help guide this great organization. Since I started with MTI, my goal has always been to grow the company, whether that is counted in number of clients, repeat clients, sales, or overall company culture. As I led the MTI team, I continued to help make it the best company to fulfill potential and existing client's needs, as well as making MTI the best employer.I continued leading the company, as we integrated into the Atlas Technical Consultants (Atlas) family in 2017. Overseeing operations, building company culture, and helping leaders grow was a great privilege.
