Based between Berlin and Innsbruck, Christian Schärmer is an experienced graphic designer and creative director specializing in branding, corporate identity, editorial design, campaigns, narratives, and spatial design. Armed with a background in Multimedia Art from Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and Communication Design from FHTW Berlin, Christian seamlessly blends artistic flair with technical prowess in his projects.Notably, Christian's journey into design was influenced by his culinary education at the Hoffmann School in Barcelona. This unique background sparked his interest in graphical work within the realm of food and gastronomy, ultimately leading to the creation of Schluck magazine, a publication focused on wine and culinary topics.Currently, Christian shares his expertise as a lecturer in visual systems and previously served as the leader of the Editorial Design Master at the University Pompeu Fabra (Elisava) in Barcelona, where he mentored students for over a decade.
