• Testing Mobile and Web-based, and standalone applications • Review and analyze functional requirement specification, workflow documents, use cases and develop test documentation for the projects under test • Conduct functional testing of the applications, conduct manual verification of new features • Coordinate with end users to schedule and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Create and maintain regression documents to aid the QA regression process • Interact with business analysts and developers to resolve technical issues to meet the client requirement for a better quality software product and report defects in Jira • Participate in defect review meetings with the team members and monitor defect status • Create, update and maintain Test Scripts for different builds and releases • Work closely with Software Developers to isolate, track and troubleshoot defects • Attend meetings and teleconferences on problem resolution
