➤ Career2009-Started my career at Bridgestone Corporation in corporate sales of automotive anti-vibration rubber, and implemented trade practices and people and performance management of foreigners as the only Japanese sales manager overseas (Thailand, USA). At the US base, I carried out a review of the management of the entire organization.July 2021-After transferring to CADDi Corporation, I was in charge of executing projects for new clients (major water treatment plant manufacturers) that no one in the company had experience with, and completed the launch of the business as project management from a state where the environment was not yet prepared. Since then, I have promoted the growth of CADDi Manufacturing's plant division.The company's size has also expanded from 100 people at the time of joining to 650 people in Thailand, Vietnam, and the USA. During this expansion, I served as a leader in the plant division to lead the organizational culture.Later on, I officially joined HR team in April 2024.July 2024-Joined sales at Arent Inc.Joined at a time when the company was seeking to shift from its traditional sales organization, which was mainly focused on contract development, to solution sales.
