2019年7月より独立し、フリーランスとして複数企業（10社前後）の人事業務に従事。（Jaxa人事部客員など）https://hr-and.jp/各企業にとって難易度が高く前例とリソースが足りない組織人事課題解決を中心に担当。人事制度構築、データドリブンHRの推進、労務業務体制構築等ハード面の整備から、OKR、組織開発等ソフト面の打ち手実行までを幅広く対応。独立前は、デロイトトーマツコンサルティングにて大手から中堅企業を中心に人事コンサルティングに従事した後、リクルート（現リクルートHD）にて分社化時8社の制度構築を行い、制度運用業務をグループマネジャーとして担当。その後、RPAホールディングスにて人事部立上げを人事部長として行い、マザーズ上場及び一部上場を経験。がんに罹患した友人と立ち上げた一般社団法人キャンサーペアレンツでの活動も。
